According to Illinois Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger, efforts being made by President Donald Trump as well as several other Republicans to overturn the elections is a scam. He added that there is neither a basis to do so, nor is it constitutional to overturn the results of a presidential elections after the states declare their results.
