Accomplished individuals seem to be giving a lot of attention to Deon Nicholas’ Forethought company. The startup had already announced $17 million capital in its third year, and its investors include popular names such as Ashton Kutcher, Diddy and LL Cool J during a Series B funding round. Forethought, which is an artificial intelligence business was founded by Nicholas with ex-LinkedIn engineer Sami Ghoche in 2018. The company aims to eliminate redundant work and also ensures that businesses across the world enjoy efficiency. Forethought’s customer support agent Agatha is its biggest advantage as it processes support tickets, resolves them and makes use of previous solutions to resolve new problems, therefore ensuring great accuracy.
